WACC (Weighted-average-cost-of-capital)

Weighted average capital costs of an investment. Interest rate with the DCF valuation method at which the future free cash-flow is discounted.

Warrant

A security, which grants the holder the right to buy shares in the company at a pre-determined price in the future.
